前半は星野講師、受講生の皆さんの自己紹介から始まりました。
それぞれの職場の環境、職務の内容と今回の参加の目的などを話されました。
前半は大学生支援において、環境への働きかけの必要性、種類、手法を学びました。星野講師は受講生の方のそれぞれの環境を把握され、関連する事柄について語り掛けながら説明を行い、徐々に緊張がほぐれていくのを感じました。
それぞれの立場での環境への働きかけをワークを通じて共有し、後半最初の具体的な可視化の準備を行い前半は終了しました。
後半は自身が活用できるネットワークを可視化しその情報をワークで共有する所からスタートです。
情報を共有し、発表後に講師が補足を行う形式で進めることで、その認識を深めていきました。また自身が気付いていない領域についても気付く機会があり今後に活かしていける情報を収集しました。
次に事例を用いながら、キャリアコンサルティングで必要な見立て、活かせる資源を共有するワークを行いました。
最後は４人一組で、キャリアコンサルタント、相談者、観察者２名に分かれて事例に基づいたロールプレイの実践を行いました。
途中で作戦会議の時間を設け、後半を行うロールプレイはすべての役の方に気付きを得られる有益な時間となりました。
今回も笑顔で終了となり、すぐに活用できる情報を得られ、とても勉強になったという声を多数いただきました。
