Good&Newを取り入れた自己紹介からはじまり、皆さまの笑顔があふれるスタートとなりました。
まずは、キャリア教育における自己理解の講義です。生涯にわたってキャリアを形成していくための基盤として、学生が自分を理解する力の向上をサポートする必要性を理解しました。
その理解のもと、「興味関心、価値観、能力、ビジョン」の４つのワークを体験しました。
楽しみましょうね！と笑顔いっぱいでお話される藤井講師。ワクワクしながら受講することできました。ゲーム性を持って楽しむことが、意欲の喚起につながり、主体的にワークに取り組めることを体感できました。
各ワークの導入やファシリテートのポイントも教えていただき、受講者の皆様からは、様々な質問や感想が飛び交いました。現場ですぐに実践できる学びとなりました。講習の最後には、全員で1日を振り返りました。それぞれの学びに加え、共に過ごした仲間や講師への感謝、本日のメンバーで再会したい気持ちなどが聞かれました。共に学び、気づきの多い1日であったことが伺えました。
